Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Stars Event Decor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Conference and Meeting Services: Develop and implement strategies to promote our conference and meeting services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and Manage Budgets: Create and manage budgets for events, ensuring that expenses are within allocated limits.
  • Develop Sponsorship and Partnership Programs: Research and develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities to support our events.
  • Coordinate Event Logistics: Arrange for production and purchase of promotional products, coordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other event details.
  • Implement Social Programs and Services: Plan and implement social programs, food and beverage, transportation, and other services for events.
  • Plan Schedules, Goals, and Objectives: Develop and implement schedules, goals, and objectives for events.
  • Research and Design Special Events Programs: Research and design special events programs to meet client needs.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and execution.
  • Work Under Pressure: Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Experience:
  • 2 Years to Less Than 3 Years: Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Permanent Employment: Full-time permanent employment.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
