About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at AER Event Rentals Inc. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Marketing: Develop and execute marketing plans for various events, including publicity, fundraising, and information purposes.
  • Market Research: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, and provide advice on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Content Creation: Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content, and brochures, and assist in the preparation of newsletters and other marketing materials.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media, and provide consulting services to government and other organizations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct analytical marketing studies, review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals, and design market research questionnaires.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, and develop a portfolio of marketing materials.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
