Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Event Decorator to join our team at Stars Event Decor. This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of various events and conferences.

Responsibilities
  • Event Promotion: Engage in marketing efforts for conferences, meetings, and special events.
  • Budget Management: Prepare, present, and oversee financial plans for events.
  • Sponsorship Development: Create and manage programs for sponsorship, partnerships, or fundraising.
  • Promotional Products: Organize the production or procurement of marketing materials.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee and monitor all activities related to conferences and meetings, ensuring all details are attended to.
  • Logistical Arrangements: Coordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other essential details for events.
  • Service Implementation: Manage social programs, catering, transportation, and other services required for events.
  • Planning: Develop schedules, set goals, and outline objectives for events.
  • Research: Investigate and design innovative programs for special events.
  • Guest Programs: Plan and execute social events and guest engagement activities.

Qualifications
