Internal Sales - Director Business Development

We are seeking a highly driven Director of Business Development (DBD) to join our team at Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. The DBD will be responsible for securing introductory meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations, working closely with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development, and managing the VPBD's calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations
  • Work in close partnership with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development
  • Manage the VPBD's calendar
  • Update and maintain databases for assigned scope
  • Conduct research on existing and new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience setting meetings with executives of large companies
  • Expertise in prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Experienced with sales databases
  • Tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with C-Level executives
  • Highly responsible and accountable
  • Very coachable
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Well organized and manages time efficiently
