Director of Sales Job Description

At JRoss Recruiters, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed annual budget expectations.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Director of Sales in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales and marketing software.
