Administrative Services Coordinator

ChezRanti Community Centre Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and ensure they are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
- Staff Support: Train staff, oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and commission systems and components.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
