Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. as a key member of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and workload.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry and resolve conflict situations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language.
