We are looking for a highly skilled Research and Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic Research Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialized administration support to our legal professionals, enhancing their practice efficiency and providing expert assistance to the Department Chair.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent multi-tasker with strong administrative and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a client service mindset are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for managing document workflow, maintaining accurate records, and supporting client development activities. You will also assist in preparing document templates, finalizing client documents, and providing administrative assistance to LPs and clients. Your excellent organizational and technical skills will enable you to excel in this role.

To succeed in this position, you will require a Community College Office or Business Administration program completion, plus a minimum of three years' experience working in a professional services or legal environment. Your exceptional technical skills, attention to detail, and strong written communication will enable you to excel in this role.
