Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Research Coordinator with experience in coordinating research projects, and a passion for improving healthcare through technology and education. This role will support the responsible AI project based out of the Digital Compassion Lab, and is focused on designing innovative educational programs that empower healthcare professionals to use AI-enabled tools responsibly.

Duties
As an integral member of the Digital Compassion Lab Responsible AI Project Team, you would provide administrative support to the responsible AI project. Your core responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
- Support the planning and implementation of the project to ensure project success
- Support project leadership team with varied administrative and project tasks
- Coordinate and support execution of projects activities to meet stakeholder needs
- Organize project-related meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and invitations
- Track project related deliverables, status and active of next steps
- Support and develop materials, such as reports, briefing notes, presentations
- Build and facilitate relationships with partners including funders
- Provide effective written and verbal communication with project stakeholders
- During critical times, you may be required to work off-hours or non-business hours
- Work with clinical, academic and funding groups to
- Identify, validate, and document business requirements.
- Support research activities such as ethics approvals and literature reviews as needed
- Support workflow review and continuous improvement processes for efficiency
- At minimum, a Bachelors Degree in a health-related field (e.g., health or business administration, health informatics or education, psychology)
- At minimum, 5 years of administrative experience in a research environment, preferably as an integral part of a research team in an analyst or coordinator capacity
- Proven ability to be resourceful, learn quickly, change directions, and navigate complex decision making in a fast-pace environment
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, focused on trust-based relationships, and working in a collaborative environment with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentations skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting health research projects from initial grant application through to manuscript preparation for publication is preferred
