Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized product recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and by promoting The Brick's services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing, to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
