Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Tropical Oasis Nail Lounge and Spa Ltd. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services, supervising staff, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the spa area.
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa or related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
