Job Summary
EXP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Hazardous Materials team in London. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects of varying complexities, maintaining existing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects related to hazardous materials, including substance and asbestos assessments, mold and moisture assessments, indoor air quality assessments, lead and silica assessments, and monitoring.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Lead and manage assigned staff during multiple projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and manage reports, specifications, and contract documents.
- Train and mentor junior and intermediate technologists.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to QA/QC frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the hazardous materials consulting industry.
- Proven ability to comprehend technical reporting and analytical lab reports.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary groups and independently.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and own transportation.
