Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Initiative Manager to lead the delivery of technology initiatives within our Technology Portfolio. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and project management capabilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering technology initiatives in alignment with Enterprise Change Management policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing significant technical leadership to plan and lead end-to-end technology execution of initiatives within the Technology Portfolio.
  • Acting as a Trusted Technical Advisor when working with Project Managers to ensure the right technology partners are engaged to execute project deliverables.
  • Escalating any gaps to the Project Manager and Tech App Owner/Manager as needed to eliminate technical barriers.
  • Supporting planning at all levels to understand the work, responsibilities, and dependencies to set the right expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Six+ years' experience leading technology initiatives throughout the full life cycle.
  • A Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Business Process Improvement, or Change Management Certification is an asset.
  • Extensive knowledge with hands-on experience in all areas of Infrastructure and Information Security.
  • Exposure to both large and small corporate cultures.
