IT Project Manager for Large-Scale Technology Initiatives

Foilcon is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives and complex IT solutions in a highly integrated healthcare setting.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned project manager with 8-10 years of experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives and complex IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing project activities, monitoring and reporting on progress, and anticipating and resolving issues, risks, and conflicts. They will also be responsible for managing delivery teams of various sizes, including internal and external resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project team members.
- Provide clear, concise, and transparent status and other progress reports/presentations to Executives, Sponsor(s), stakeholders, the project team, Project Management Office, and others as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8-10 years of program and project management experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives and complex IT solutions in a highly integrated healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating strength in presentation skills, verbal, written, active listening, conflict resolution, and stress tolerance.
- Experience with health system business requirements definition and implementation.
- Proven track record working with healthcare professionals in the field.
- Expertise in Microsoft suite of products such as Office, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint, and other productivity tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Foilcon offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
