Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams;
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery;
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information;
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes;
Requirements
  • Diploma in Practical Nursing from a recognized institution;
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Manitoba;
  • Minimum one year of experience in acute care;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • Satisfactory employment record.
