Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Tonio & Jhen Services Ltd. as an Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate office performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint
