We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Workforce Services. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and planning and organizing daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily tasks
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Provide customer service
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Maintain and manage digital database
