Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Star Insurance Services Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts and invoices
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and records
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
