Senior Property Manager

Rize HR is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our industrial buildings, retail spaces, apartment rental buildings, and condominium units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely rent collections, maintaining good relations with tenants, and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely collection of rent and other receivables
- Oversee eviction processes and maintain good relations with tenants
- Leasing and lease renewals, ensuring quality tenants are accepted
- Day-to-day operations of the properties, including preparing or reviewing operating budgets as needed
- Assisting in TI coordination to ensure that the TIs are completed as scheduled
- Maintaining a database of current market rates and trends
- Preparing monthly status reports on all tenants and vacant spaces and units available for lease
- Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth
- At least 5 years working experience as a Property Manager
- Driver's license
