Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mount Norquay. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook meals for our guests.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local ingredients and flavors.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
