Executive Chef

We're seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Bluebird, a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the success of the company by managing daily operations, including employee management, inventory, and supplies. You'll work closely with the service team and participate in executive decisions to ensure exceptional guest experiences that align with our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory, and supplies
- Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in executive decisions to drive business growth and success

Requirements:
- Proven success in a Chef de Cuisine role with some formal training
