About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Administration Coordinator to join our team at Hawthorne Place Care Centre Facility Inc.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our care centre. This role involves coordinating the flow of information, managing filing systems, and performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information to ensure seamless communication among staff members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and respectful manner
  • Perform various reception and clerical duties as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
