BOLA HEALTHCARE SERVICE INC. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This permanent position requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills to provide administrative support to our team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work Priorities: Establish and maintain effective work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including data entry and task management.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Information Flow: Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, and organizational abilities.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and 30 hours of work per week.
