As a Care Team Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing scheduling functions by ensuring healthcare services are scheduled in a timely manner. This involves communicating effectively with clients, families, funders, and healthcare teams, including Personal Support Workers, Nurses, and Rehab Service Providers.

The shifts schedule for this role includes:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 9:30pm
  • Weekends/Holiday: 6:30am – 9:30pm

Your key areas of accountability as a VHA Scheduling Coordinator will include:

  • Acknowledging new client offers
  • Scheduling, service changes, and updates using a scheduling software
  • Maintenance of service plans
