Elby Professional Recruitment Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in both French and English and have a strong background in payroll administration.

About the Job

This full-time position is completely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Senior Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees. Your duties will include payroll calculations and filings, as well as assisting with the year-end process.

Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and administer bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
  • Payroll Calculations and Filings: Responsible for payroll calculations and filings including WSIB, EHT, and benefits funding payments, employee expenses, and other deductions such as garnishments, taxes, and group benefits
  • Year-End Process: Assist with the year-end process, including preparation of T4s
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of payroll experience
  • Language: Must be fluent in French and English
  • Certification: PCP required

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
