Job Summary:
At Psychology Health Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, and performing various accounting tasks using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Main Responsibilities:
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Process journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks
• Experience with computerized bookkeeping systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
