Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Learning and Development to join our team at BlueShore Financial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning solutions that drive business results and support the growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the development of our employees.
  • Lead a team of learning professionals to design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our employees and business.
  • Build strong relationships with our leadership team and stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Source and manage external vendors to support the development of our learning programs.
  • Develop and manage learning metrics to measure the effectiveness of our programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide thought leadership and consultation to our leadership team and stakeholders on learning and development best practices.
  • Evaluate the overall effectiveness of our learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, and leadership development.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning programs that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs of our business and our employees.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $119,000 - $146,000 per year, plus a variable performance bonus.
