We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at ASHIRWAD FINE FOODS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and overseeing payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
