About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at ASHIRWAD FINE FOODS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales volumes and revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
