Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Creative Impex Ltd. as a Sales Supervisor. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure they are meeting their targets.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth.
