Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Once Upon A Child. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and make informed decisions about inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and rotated.
- Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail sales or management role
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Our store is located in an urban area and is a retail business. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
