We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at BC Canada Wholesale Electronics LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and sales performance
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast-paced environment

- Standing for extended periods
- Efficient interpersonal skills

- 35 to 40 hours per week
