Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our Investment Advisors and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize client database and client files.
  • Develop rapport and instill confidence with clients to develop credibility and promote a positive client experience.
  • Follow through on risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers' assets, maintain their privacy, act in their best interests, and ensure an effectively run branch.
  • Protect the Bank's assets and clients' assets and comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of client and Bank information.
  • Complete standardized tasks under supervision.
  • Perform initial problem solving within given rules/limits & escalate when required.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable.
  • Basic knowledge learned on the job.
  • Verbal & written communication skills - Basic (in business environment).
  • Organization skills - Basic (in business environment).
  • Collaboration & team skills - Basic (in business environment).

What We Offer:

BMO Financial Group offers a competitive salary range of $31,600.00 - $40,600.00, as well as a monthly discretionary bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
