Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Queens Cross Pub Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain a high standard of food quality.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
