Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman Insulators to join our team at Brock Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of insulation installation teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for projects.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all insulation installations meet company standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in insulation installation and supervision.
  • Valid certification from an accredited apprenticeship board.
  • CSTS (Construction Safety Training System) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance and support to team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with insulation materials and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
