At SysAid, we are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) project manager to oversee the implementation of our cutting-edge solutions.

SysAid is a leading software company that provides innovative ITSM and Asset Management solutions through a SaaS model. We serve over 5,000 customers worldwide, helping organizations increase efficiency using automation, analytics, and AI.

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced ITSM project manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects for our ITSM and ESM solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM or related software implementation and consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful implementation projects. Proficiency in process design, workflow automation, and familiarity with ITSM platforms such as SysAid and ServiceNow are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SysAid ITSM and ESM solutions
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client goals
  • Track progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process
  • Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements, align expectations, and showcase SysAid's capabilities
  • Test and validate the configured solution with clients to ensure quality and functionality
  • Delve training sessions to end-users and administrators, empowering them to fully utilize SysAid's features
  • Gather client feedback to enhance implementation methodologies and identify product improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ITSM or related software implementation and consulting
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful implementation projects
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (SysAid, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Proficiency in process design, workflow automation
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields (preferred)
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)

Language Skills:

Fluent in English; fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
