The Customer Revenue Team focuses on retention and expansion of SysAid customers. With a global customer base of thousands, we have a unique opportunity to drive net retention revenue through digital efforts. This segment represents our largest customer count and revenue contribution.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Growth Lead (Customers) who will scale mostly digital efforts to improve customer experience, increase product adoption, and drive net retention revenue. This role requires a strong cross-functional leader with a proven track record in scaling revenue efforts using digital campaigns. You will manage a team of Account Executives and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position that demands creative leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. As a key member of the Customer Revenue Leadership Team, you will report on key business and operational activities related to customer experience and revenue targets. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing the pipeline of the Digital Sales Channel
  • Owning the in-product sales experience for existing customers
  • Developing and executing scalable customer engagement strategies
  • Managing a large volume of accounts utilizing technology to automate the customer journey, increase adoption, and drive customer satisfaction

You will be responsible for building a structured, repeatable onboarding program and creating self-service resources to support product adoption. Additionally, you will collect and analyze customer feedback to advocate for product improvements and new features catering to scaled accounts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your success in this role will be measured by the following KPIs:

  • Net retention revenue (churn rate, expansion revenue)
  • Net Promoter Score, CSAT
  • Pipeline health (ratio of targets)
  • Product Adoption metrics
