Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a truck and transporting goods across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Load and unload goods, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Logistics: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, and interact with customers to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Air Brakes Endorsement and Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles).
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 40 to 44 hours per week, with overtime required as needed.
  • Work Environment: Local routes, with occasional travel required.
