Sales Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and advancing market share for the Samsung brand in the Eastern Townships region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier and national retail organizations to drive influence and mind share for Samsung products and services.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to ensure attainment of all KPIs and metrics that impact performance.
- Communicate and report on the effectiveness of product launches and special promotions.
- Conduct training sessions, meetings, and events to ensure retail sales teams have the necessary knowledge and skills to sell Samsung products effectively.
- Gather market analysis and report on market trends to inform business decisions.
- Complete daily store visit productivity reports and weekly/monthly activity reporting requirements.
- Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all retail sales teams are equipped to demonstrate successful Samsung product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Train and coach carrier retail national retail sales reps to provide sales support and business advice.
- Ensure Samsung product stock levels and merchandising requirements meet product demand and escalate issues directly to Samsung.
- Support Samsung marketing and brand initiatives through maintaining direct contact with distribution points of sale.
- Resolve issues that affect Samsung brand integrity and brand presence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years in a multi-unit retail and/or field sales environment.
- 2+ years' experience in the wireless industry.
- Extensive knowledge of retail, marketing, and sales.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and process-driven approach.
- Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
