The Role

We are seeking a Senior Insurance Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our personal lines team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients by providing tailored solutions to their unique needs and exposures.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop customized insurance solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key underwriters and insurers to ensure seamless renewal processes.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve premium growth targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare and issue insurance certificates, process changes, and review renewals to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, underwriters, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimize business opportunities.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal insurance, preferably in a relationship management role.
  • Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) license in good standing required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex insurance products and policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EPIC software, with experience in major market portals an asset.

What We Offer:

NFP offers a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including group health and dental benefits, we offer flexible leave days, group RRSP, social events, and continuing education opportunities.
