The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. As a Life Insurance Broker at ZAG Insurance, you'll have the freedom to carve your own path while collaborating with a supportive team that celebrates your growth and contributions.

Job Description:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth
  • Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Customer Needs: Analyze client needs to recommend suitable life insurance products
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • CRM Tools: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales pipelines

Requirements:

  • LLQP Licence: Must possess an LLQP licence
  • Life Insurance Experience: Experience in life insurance is preferred but not required
  • Market Knowledge: Good understanding of life insurance products and market trends is an asset
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic Planning: Excellent skills in strategic planning and consistently achieving targets
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $52,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
