Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Dr. Phone Fix-Lethbridge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business, including tasks such as opening and distributing mail, establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls and electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines; attention to detail and accuracy; flexibility and reliability.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Our business operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You will be working independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
