Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and investigating OS&D reports, managing customer accounts, and coordinating special requests.
Responsibilities
- Review and investigate OS&D reports, night operations reports, and take appropriate action.
- Enter pickups and respond to customer inquiries via email or phone calls.
- Maintain designated customer accounts and knowledge of product offerings.
- Investigate and advise customers on undeliverable shipments and coordinate special requests.
- Provide verbal Proof of Delivery (PODs) and ensure all priority alerts are met.
Qualifications
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and French.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
