Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent support to our team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage the flow of information within the team by maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to document key decisions and actions.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly to ensure timely communication.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.

Benefits:

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English.
