Job Overview

This role offers a competitive compensation package with an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location. The position also includes health & dental benefits, RRSP with employer match, and a welcoming culture that values diversity and differing perspectives.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. This role requires a CPA, CA, or equivalent designation, with experience in treasury or corporate insurance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cash flow projections, identify opportunities for improvement, and monitor liquidity to ensure adequate funding for operations and investments.
  • Assist with managing banking relationships, optimizing cash management strategies, and supporting the Finance team with bank queries and treasury-related tasks.
  • Manage corporate insurance programs, coordinate with external providers, and maintain records of insurance policies and related documents.
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned and support company-wide planning, process improvements, and business initiatives.
