Job Summary

The University of Regina is seeking highly motivated individuals to fill casual and short-term clerical positions. A pool of candidates is needed to meet the needs of various departments and units on campus. The successful applicants will be expected to perform a variety of office duties, including administrative support and clerical tasks.

The purpose of this posting is to build a pool of candidates for casual and short-term positions. This pool will be refreshed on a regular basis to ensure a diverse and talented group of individuals are available to meet the needs of the University.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to various departments and units on campus
• Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff
• Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture

Requirements
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
