Job Summary

The University of Regina is seeking highly motivated individuals to fill casual and short-term clerical positions. A pool of candidates is needed to meet the needs of various departments and units on campus. The applicants would be expected to carry out a variety of office duties, including administrative support and customer service.

The purpose of this posting is to build a pool of candidates for casual and short-term positions. This pool will be refreshed on a semi-annual basis.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to various departments and units
• Carry out a variety of office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
• Offer excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff

Requirements
