HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our global service delivery team as an Area Manager Service Delivery Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting our portfolio of hospitality solutions to clients across Poland.

About the Role

As an Area Manager Service Delivery Expert, you will lead a team of service delivery specialists, implementing and supporting our hospitality solutions to clients across Poland. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the support and implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas, and fitness clubs across the region.
  • Managing the service delivery team in your region, recruiting and training service delivery specialists to ensure that customer services are delivered with the highest quality.
  • Setting and implementing customer service delivery standards to achieve a consistent and excellent support service level.
  • Ensuring that we maintain sufficiently skilled resources as needed and promote new revenue opportunities for HRS.
  • Client relationship management, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with products and services by HRS. Representation of the HRS' interests in your region.
  • Assisting with sales and marketing activities, attracting new clients, and business development in your area.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the support or installation and configuration of hospitality PMS, POS products, together with the associated customer training.
  • Experience of working with competitive hospitality products, including PMS and Spa systems; management experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL is preferable, and professional certification is also desirable.
  • Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Free to travel extensively and for extended periods of time.
