The Regional Operations Manager plays a critical role in our operation, ensuring seamless delivery of services that meet the highest quality standards. This key position is responsible for leading and managing teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee individual and team performance at various client locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate and assign cleaning tasks based on client needs and team capabilities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team members, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and take swift action to resolve issues.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in a management role, preferably in the janitorial or facilities management industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on work when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to travel within Saskatchewan as required.
  • Proficiency in using a smartphone and Microsoft Teams 365.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a clear criminal record check and Federal Government Reliability Clearance.
  • Good working knowledge of the English language.
  • Ability to speak other languages is an asset.
