About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Paradigm Consulting Group. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing initiatives that enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams with budgets from $1M to $5M and up, ensuring successful project delivery with a significant IT component
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors, to ensure effective project execution
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, methodologies, and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring open communication and transparency
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' demonstrated experience in project delivery with a significant IT component
  • Experience leading project teams with budgets from $1M to $5M and up
  • Strong communication, organizational, planning, relationship, and vendor contract management skills
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Industry experience obtained from more than one industry, including Insurance, Crown Corporations, Public Sectors, Healthcare, and Telecommunications
  • Formal Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognized educational facility
  • PM certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe
  • Other relevant certifications such as PROSCI, ITIL, Six Sigma
